Setup Features

Site Setup - The base site setup is included in all packages. There are several steps to getting your site online aside from the programming. Your site has to be installed on the VO2-Design servers which is the bulk of the process. We then direct it to the domain name you select and initiate a series of configurations that make your site secure.

Email Accounts - All packages come with five email accounts associated with your domain name. For example, your club may want to have registration@yourclubname.com. We provide the POP/SMTP information so that you can download it to your computer or check your mail online.

Storage - With a 1000 MB of hard drive space on our server you can get a lot of information online, not to mention photos and fliers.

Statistics - With your account you have access to a control panel that allows you to manage your email and check site statistics, such as how many people visited my site in a given month. This is especially useful around the time of your event to see how much interest there was in your event and how many people actually signed up. It may indicate that your price was too high or some other factor influenced their decision to sign up or not.

Unlimited Pages - Some services limit the number of pages you can have on your website. With a 1000 MB of storage you don't have to worry about that. You can setup as many pages as you like. And even better, Club Site gives you the power to create and maintain those pages at your convenience.

Upgrades - VO2-Design will routinely upgrade the software to address potential security issues as well improve the usability of the site. It's just one more thing we do to make your job as a club manage easier, at no extra charge!

Photo Gallery - Standard with Club Site the photo gallery is one of the most popular features. Upload your own gallery, or multiple galleries, and share photos with your family, friends, and club members. You can sort by latest uploads, highest rated, or most viewed. See demo

Members Only Area - This is where club managers actually manage the club and members enjoy the exclusivity of being part of your club. Tools like a calendar, message board, and newsletter allow you to communicate with the group. Member will check here regularly for scheduled rides, group discussion, and whatever information you want to post to members only.

Art Work - VO2-Design can create the look, i.e. the header design and color scheme for your site. See our customization chart for customizable features.

• The "Premium" package is a great solution for those who don't have the resources available to create the artwork for their site. VO2-Design will take care of all design work for you and you will be able to make revisions as needed during setup process. Note: this does not include brand (logo) design. Additional fees apply for logo work.
• With the "Choice" package we will provide a design mock up based off of your instructions. You will have the opportunity to preview the design and make final request before going live.
• The "Basic" package is for those who have some experience with domain setup and can provide their own art work.

Search Engine Registration - VO2-Design will register your site with the most popular search engines (Google, Yahoo, and MSN) so that your site is easy for potential club members to find.

Domain Name Purchase - If you do not have a domain name (www.clubname.com) VO2-Design will purchase the domain name on your behalf and renew it for you each year ($10 renewal fee/yr). Domain purchased upon availability.

Domain Setup - You need to setup your domain to point to VO2-Design domain servers. VO2-Design can save you the hassle and take care of it for you.
